The following policies will become effective November 1, 2022.

      On-line Booking Policy:

   All appointments made on-line will require a credit card on file. This credit card will only be charged if the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour cancellation policy.

       24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

   At Alpine Rose, we value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask          that if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, you do so at    least 24 hours in advance.

   We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that can
prevent a 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment; therefore, we will give one (1) grace appointment a year for last minute rescheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
 

   Once that one (1) grace appointment has been used, a credit card must be put on file before making future appointments.

 

     Any further appointments which are no-shows, cancellations or rescheduled with less than 24 hours of notice will be subject to a fee:

 

  1. Reschedule or cancellation of 24 hours or more in advance—no fee

  2. No shows, reschedules or cancellations of less than 24 hours in advance—fee of 50% of the cost of services booked

 We feel that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. 

   Should Alpine Rose need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than 24-hours’ notice, we will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

       Lateness Policy:
   

   When a client arrives late to an appointment, it may not be possible to complete your full service in the remaining appointment time. Your stylist or esthetician will work with you to get as much of the service done as possible.
