
To serve all of our clients with care and consistency, Alpine Rose Salon is implementing the following policies effective August 1, 2025. These updates are designed to protect your time and ours, so we can continue to provide exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner.

Booking an Appointment online or over the phone:
All appointments booked online or over the phone will require a deposit of 50% of the scheduled service cost at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your appointment service total.

If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Booking an Appointment while inside the salon:
All appointments booked while in the salon will not require a deposit as long as the Cancellation Policy is followed. However, if you miss one appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a deposit will be required for all future appointments regardless of where the appointment is booked - online, over the phone, or inside the salon.

24-hour Cancellation Policy
We deeply value your time and appreciate your understanding that missed or last-minute cancellations limit our ability to serve other clients.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours or more notice: No fee, your deposit will be fully refunded

Rescheduling made with at least 24 hours or more notice: No fee, your deposit will be fully applied to your next appointment
​
Cancellations or Reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice: Your deposit is forfeited and will not be applied to any future appointments.

No Shows: Your deposit is forfeited and will not be applied to any future appointments.​

If We Need to Cancel
We hold ourselves to the same standard. If Alpine Rose Salon must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice due to an employee illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer 50% of your next identical service with that stylist.
However, if you prefer, we can provide you a full refund of your deposit or, if available, provide the same service to you with a different stylist at the full amount of the service for that stylist (the deposit, if there is one on the account, will be applied towards your service for that day)

Lateness Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete as much of your service as possible with the remaining time frame of the appointment. However, to stay on schedule for all clients, we may need to modify your service or reschedule completely.
